Thank you for shopping with Family Made Co. The following outlines how we process and ship orders.

Processing times

All of our products are handmade by our family. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is dispatched and does not include delivery time.

During peak periods or for custom items, processing times may be longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Domestic shipping (Australia):

  • Standard shipping: $11

  • Express shipping: $17

International shipping:

  • Flat rate: $38

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard domestic shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Express domestic shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

  • International shipping: delivery times vary by destination

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs, duties and taxes

Family Made Co is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied to international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and lost parcels

Family Made Co is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
